F10 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms governing use of the f10 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and remain applicable for as long as your account is active.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By registering or using the f10 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to access or use the f10 platform.

To use the f10 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Be resident in, or accessing the platform from, a location where use of such a platform is permitted by law.
  • Have never been banned or suspended from the f10 platform previously.
  • Registering only one personal account in your own name; multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

F10 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Users who fail to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may face temporary account suspension.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

When registering an account with f10, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid payment method. Providing false or inaccurate information during registration may result in immediate account closure and freezing of any funds held in the account.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. If f10 detects that the same individual has registered multiple accounts, all such accounts are subject to closure and balances may be seized following an investigation.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. f10 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify f10's support team immediately at [email protected]. Any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occur prior to the report being made are the user's sole responsibility.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Users of the f10 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, interact with, or manipulate the platform or its games.
  • Colluding with other users to unfairly manipulate game outcomes or odds, including match fixing in Sports Betting.
  • Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
  • Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised means, including creating fake accounts or converting bonus funds without meeting the stipulated wagering requirements.
  • Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or damaging to the reputation of f10 or other users.

F10 reserves the right to investigate any suspected suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, seizure of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Payments, MYR Transactions & Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on the f10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. The use of bank accounts or e-wallets belonging to third parties is prohibited and may result in account suspension and freezing of funds.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit limit is as specified on the platform's deposit page. f10 reserves the right to revise this minimum with prior notice. Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe stated for the chosen payment method. f10 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the f10 account. Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal, or for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount, is approved. f10 processes withdrawals within 1–3 business days, subject to necessary security checks. Any bonuses received are subject to specific wagering requirements — withdrawal of bonus winnings is not permitted until those wagering requirements have been met in full.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

F10's Limitation of Liability

The f10 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. f10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss.

Intellectual Property

All content on the f10 platform — including logos, brand names, graphics, interface designs, text, and software — is the property of f10 or its respective licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from f10.

Third-Party Links & Services

The f10 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and sports data providers. f10 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies before engaging with their services.

Account Closure, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

F10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide verification documents, or a request from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any funds held in the account may be seized following an investigation. For closures requested by the user, any eligible balance will be returned once all conditions have been met.

Changes to These Terms

F10 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree with the revised terms may close their account before the changes take effect.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with use of the f10 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
